We are seeking a diligent, detail-oriented Technical Administrator to join our clients Aircraft Line Maintenance team. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our maintenance activities by providing administrative support, data management, and coordination between different departments and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a background in aviation maintenance or a related technical field, along with strong administrative and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation, review, and distribution of technical documents, manuals, and reports related to aircraft maintenance.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date maintenance records, logs, and databases in compliance with regulatory and company standards.
  • Liaise between maintenance, engineering, and operations departments to ensure clear communication and timely completion of tasks.
  • Coordinate with external stakeholders such as suppliers, vendors, and regulatory authorities as required.
  • Process work orders, requisitions, and purchase orders for tools, equipment, and supplies necessary for maintenance activities.
  • Assist in scheduling maintenance activities, ensuring optimum utilization of resources and adherence to maintenance schedules.
  • Support the development and implementation of maintenance procedures and best practices.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for management.
  • Ensure confidentiality and security of technical and operational data.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned to support the efficient operation of the line maintenance department.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Aviation Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
  • Previous experience in a technical administrative role, preferably within an aviation or maintenance environment.
  • Familiarity with aviation regulations and standards.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and maintenance management software.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and integrity.
